In brief it means that your web pages are search engine friendly and have been structured in such a way that when "spidered" (crawled by a robot), that it gets favorable results. Which in turn means you will obtain better placement within the search engine directories (or at least, that's the hope).

I found that you would also benefit if you have your keyword placed within the first 90 characters of your copy. The use of bold or "headline" type print should also be used when creating the page.
